NESC TRIGA Reactor 60th Anniversary
The Nuclear Engineering & Science Center TRIGA Reactor’s first ever “criticality” happened on Dec. 18, 1961. To mark its 60th anniversary, the NESC will be hosting activities, competitions, and events over the next two years with celebrations starting in August 2021. The NESC has been part of numerous collaborations, trainings, partnerships, projects, and education programs over the past six decades, so we want to extend a sincere invitation to you all to actively participate in our celebrations.
If you and/or anyone you know with interest would like to engage by sharing a memory, reflection, picture, or anything else, we would appreciate hearing from you.
